Market & Customer Insights Specialist

About the role

The Market & Customer Insights Specialist will independently design, plan and execute research initiatives that shape product and experience decisions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute surveys, in‑depth interviews, focus groups and workshops.
• Triangulate primary research with internal data, external market research and secondary sources.
• Analyze findings, craft story‑driven reports, provide recommendations and present to stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor product changes and regularly report key updates.
• Track customer sentiment, manage NPS and Brand Health Tracker, and benchmark against competitors.
• Conduct ad‑hoc research, concept testing and validate new product ideas, campaigns or features.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer research or experience research within banking, FinTech, research or consulting environments.
• Strong analytical mindset, collaborative attitude and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and liaise with diverse stakeholders in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
