Marketing & Communications Associate/Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing & Communications Associate/Executive to join our team. The role blends multimedia production, event coordination, and project management to support our marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, storyboard, shoot and edit video and photo content for corporate events, campaigns and internal communications.
• Create visual assets and simple graphics for digital and event‑related materials while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Manage production equipment, inventory and explore emerging AI‑powered tools to improve workflows.
• Produce and distribute monthly newsletters, webinar invitations and EDMs using Zoho Marketing Automation.
• Coordinate webinar production, event logistics, registration materials, giveaways and booth setup.
• Support the planning, on‑site production and delivery of corporate events, develop show flows, run sheets and post‑event highlight videos.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Hands‑on experience in videography, photography and end‑to‑end multimedia production.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animation and video post‑production techniques.
• Experience coordinating corporate events and managing external vendors is a plus.
• Strong organizational, project‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail‑oriented with a passion for visual storytelling.
