About the role

As a Marketing Content Specialist you will drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention by creating and executing data‑driven content strategies that boost brand awareness and support business growth. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to produce compelling content across digital channels while ensuring a consistent brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create, manage and optimise content for owned, earned and paid channels such as social media, blogs, email, websites and employee advocacy programs.
• Partner with global marketing and media teams to ensure scalability, local relevance and brand‑guideline compliance.
• Produce engaging assets for product launches, campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with designers, sales and product teams to develop high‑impact marketing materials.
• Support executive and employee advocacy initiatives with thought‑leadership content and social‑media toolkits.
• Measure and analyse content performance using CRM and analytics tools, tracking KPIs like engagement, traffic, MQLs and ROI.
• Translate audience insights into actionable content recommendations.
• Work with external agencies, freelancers and vendors to deliver high‑quality content on schedule.
• Contribute to SEO and content optimisation through keyword research and best practices.
