Marketing Executive – Digital Optimization & CRO

About the role

The Marketing Executive will lead digital platform optimisation and conversion strategies across multiple websites, driving user experience improvements and revenue growth. This role combines data‑driven analysis with hands‑on execution of email, social and paid campaigns to support B2B sales enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee content, promotional updates and product page mapping for five websites, including the webshop.
• Analyse user behaviour and recommend UX enhancements to maximise conversion rates.
• Monitor digital touchpoints, identify journey bottlenecks and collaborate with stakeholders to improve lead acquisition.
• Maintain and update the marketing enquiry database three times per week, providing trend analysis for budget reallocation.
• Produce weekly performance reports covering sales conversion, social media, Google Ads and audience engagement metrics.
• Project‑manage tender proposals and high‑level pitch decks, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Support sales and operations with launch packs, education materials, service lead generation and workshop decks.
• Execute monthly EDM nurture programmes, segment lists for retention and cross‑selling, and optimise email performance through A/B testing.
• Coordinate daily marketing administration, finance tracking and partner liaison to keep projects on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRO or marketing analytics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver data‑backed recommendations.
