Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative, digitally‑savvy Marketing Executive to boost our brand presence and attract the right clientele to our high‑end aesthetic clinic. You will drive brand awareness, lead generation, online engagement, and e‑commerce growth across both digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on social media, email, paid ads and e‑commerce platforms.
• Manage and update the Shopify website, including promotions, product listings and campaign content.
• Create engaging visuals, reels, short‑form videos, captions and promotional materials.
• Grow social media engagement, followers and brand visibility on Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Host livestream sessions for product promotions and customer interaction.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, launches and treatment highlights across online channels.
• Track performance metrics to optimise lead generation and conversions.
• Support branding initiatives to maintain a premium, professional image.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• Relevant experience in marketing, e‑commerce, social media or digital marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing Shopify websites and online campaigns.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creativity, communication, copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
