Marketing Executive - University Programmes Portfolio

About the role

A full-time Marketing Executive position based in Singapore, supporting the Marketing Lead of the Rest-of-UK (RoUK) portfolio on university programme marketing. The role covers ATL and BTL strategy, lead generation, events, branding and partnerships, and works closely with the Central Marketing team, the recruitment team and the social media function.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Lead in planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies for the university programme portfolio, including ATL and BTL, messaging, lead generation, events, branding and partnerships.
• Assist in developing, controlling and managing vendors for creatives and content marketing.
• Update the website CMS and work with the internal digital marketing team on performance-based activities.
• Align the brand narrative and strategy with the Central Marketing team, and ensure campaigns support business and sales objectives with the recruitment team.
• Monitor, optimise and report on campaigns and lead generation across media channels; collect market intelligence and analyse market channels and costs to budget sensibly per location.
• Support the Social Media Manager for PSB Academy's social media accounts, manage content and calendar for the Mandarin-speaking audience on XHS, and work with the In-Field Marketing department to curate and share content.
• Analyse data to evaluate the ROI of each marketing effort and monitor spending against planned activities, keeping expenses within budget.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business and Public Relations or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Excellent integrated marketing and project management experience.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
• Social media marketing and Google Ads experience is advantageous.
• HubSpot CRM knowledge is preferred.
