Marketing Intern – AI‑Driven Campaign Execution

About the role

Hey Co Group is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Intern to support multiple F&B brands across Singapore. This AI‑driven internship will let you create, launch, and optimise real‑world campaigns while learning how AI tools accelerate content production.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute short‑form content for Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu using AI tools.
• Assist in launching promotions, seasonal campaigns and collaborations, coordinating with influencers and partners.
• Research trending formats and competitor strategies, using AI to generate ideas.
• Support on‑ground activations, events and outlet marketing, gathering customer feedback.
• Help with EDMs, loyalty campaigns and personalised customer messaging.

Required profile

• Strong interest in marketing, branding or F&B.
• Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok and social content creation.
• Curious about AI tools and proactive in execution.
• Bonus: experience with ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI or CapCut; basic video editing or design skills.
