Marketing Intern – Kendo Brands (Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin)

About the role

LVMH is looking for a Marketing Intern for its KENDO BRANDS (Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin) in Singapore. The intern works under the guidance of the Brand Marketing Executive to help the Brand and Marketing team reach its goals, including product launches in stores, online and at media and consumer-facing brand launch events.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing activities with partners across all markets and support key product launches in-store, online and at brand launch events.
• Monitor and update the e-commerce site: make sure new products are live with correct pricing, remove expired product images, and update digital banners and animations.
• Track and coordinate social and digital assets with stakeholders.
• Research competitor pricing and conduct and present benchmark analyses of products against competitors across brands and markets.
• Produce bi-weekly competitor reports on in-store, digital and social activity, and social monitoring reports across brands and markets.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as delivery management, arrange meetings with internal and external contacts, and liaise with internal departments.
• Maintain product and tester inventory and manage product requests when needed.

Required profile

• Able to commit from January 27 to June 27 on a full-time basis, and at least 6 months of internship full-time.
• Previous experience in marketing or beauty-related fields is a plus.
• Highly creative, meticulous and able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Good social and communication skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
