Marketing Manager - Data Centre (AME)

About the role

The newly created Data Center Business team in AME (Asia-Pacific and Middle East) is looking for an experienced, initiative-taking Marketing Manager. This high-visibility role bridges global Data Center marketing strategy and local market execution, working with business unit and marketing leaders to shape the marketing and PR strategy that maximizes brand exposure and market participation.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and own the AME marketing roadmap, aligned with AME growth priorities and global frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns with a high-impact presence at major industry events.
• Drive integrated marketing across digital and traditional channels for Data Center verticals such as hyperscale and colocation operators.
• Run key account-based marketing campaigns with sales to reach strategic stakeholders at major data center customers and partners.
• Manage production and execution of marketing and sales enablement collateral, adapting global content to local preferences and languages.
• Track and report marketing KPIs, optimize spend and implement measurable ROI from lead generation to conversion.
• Manage regional agency relationships and act as the primary marketing contact for regional business leadership.
• Help build communication plans that convey vision and strategy, and share technical insights to build market thought leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
• 7+ years of prior B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the Data Center, cloud, telecom or technology sectors.
• Strong organizational skills, diligence and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of designated markets and trends.
