Marketing Manager – Hotel & F&B

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead brand positioning, guest engagement, and commercial objectives for JEN Singapore Tanglin. The role combines creative thinking with hands‑on execution across digital, social, print, and on‑site channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch 360° marketing campaigns from concept to rollout, covering digital, social, email, print and more.
• Create fresh, on‑brand content – photography, video, design assets, guest communications and marketing collateral.
• Lead F&B marketing for hotel dining outlets, including campaign ideation, partnerships, promotions and events.
• Develop festive retail initiatives such as Chinese New Year hampers, Christmas treats and seasonal pop‑ups.
• Drive CSR and sustainability campaigns that build community awareness.
• Maintain the hotel’s digital presence, managing the website, third‑party listings and content updates.
• Own social media strategy, posting, community engagement and performance tracking.
• Coordinate media outreach, press releases and influencer relations.
• Respond to online reviews and comments with professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams, regional colleagues and external partners on brand‑wide projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong content creation, campaign planning and digital marketing capabilities.
• Proficiency with social platforms, public relations and media relations.
• Creative, collaborative, detail‑oriented and a positive team player.
