Marketing Manager

About the role

Tribe Academy is seeking a hands‑on, growth‑oriented Marketing Manager to boost awareness, generate demand and increase learner enrolment for its digital, AI and business transformation programmes. You will work closely with internal teams to translate market trends into compelling campaigns that resonate with working professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns (paid ads, social media, email, landing pages) to drive brand awareness and enrolments.
• Develop go‑to‑market plans for programme launches, new intakes and related initiatives, defining timelines, audience targeting, messaging and conversion touch‑points.
• Create clear, engaging content for social media, EDMs, newsletters, ads and programme collateral.
• Manage the learner acquisition funnel from awareness through enrolment.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools, provide insights and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate deliverables with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear briefs and timely feedback.
• Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and training market developments to sharpen positioning and messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital, growth or content marketing and campaign management.
• Proven experience managing integrated campaigns across paid ads, social media, email and CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of B2C lead generation, nurturing and conversion optimisation.
• Ability to analyse marketing data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for digital channels.
