About the role

We are seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to promote BW Motorsports’ brand and services across Singapore. The role involves optimizing marketing strategies, managing budgets and staff, and preparing market forecasts.

Key responsibilities

Evaluate and optimise marketing and pricing strategies.
Analyse market trends and prepare forecasts.
Generate new business leads.
Increase brand awareness and market share.
Coordinate marketing strategies with sales, finance, public relations, and production departments.
Develop and manage the marketing department’s budget.
Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Manage the marketing department’s staff.
Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

Required profile

Relevant years of experience as a marketing manager.
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Effective time‑management and organisational abilities.
