Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of SB Indian Foods' brand and services in Singapore. The role focuses on optimizing marketing strategies, managing the department’s budget and staff, and preparing forecasts to increase brand awareness and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimise marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyse market trends and prepare forecasts.
• Generate new business leads.
• Develop and execute campaigns across organic and paid channels, including content creation, PPC, events, publicity, social media, and lead‑generation.
• Produce engaging website and blog content that attracts and converts target audiences.
• Build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies and vendors.
• Prepare, monitor and allocate the quarterly and annual marketing budget.
• Oversee and approve all marketing materials, from digital banners to printed brochures.
• Measure, report and assess campaign performance against goals.
• Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics.
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving ability.
• Leadership and project‑management experience.
• Excellent verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible to work evenings, holidays or weekends as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with marketing tools and software.
• Experience in marketing research and statistical analysis.
