Marketing Manager

About the role

As SparkLoop’s first non‑content marketing hire, you will own a generalist marketing function that spans product marketing, lifecycle marketing and growth initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for a hungry full‑stack marketer who wants to drive tangible results and shape the function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate product launches, working with video agency, support team and other stakeholders.
• Update and improve the company’s marketing website.
• Develop and execute the social‑media strategy.
• Test, launch and optimise new growth channels.
• Identify and manage affiliate and partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• 1+ year experience with newsletter businesses.
• 3+ years delivering measurable growth in marketing roles, preferably at a similar‑size SaaS company.
• Native‑level English communication, both written and spoken.
• At least 3 hours of daily overlap with US time zones.
• Bonus: deep knowledge of a major ESP, personal experience with SparkLoop products, own newsletter, proven results in two or more channels such as SEO, paid search, paid social or affiliate partnerships.
