Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to promote our brand and services. You will optimize marketing strategies, manage the department’s budget and staff, and prepare forecasts to drive brand awareness and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts.
• Generate new business leads.
• Develop strategies and tactics to increase brand visibility and drive qualified traffic.
• Deploy and manage marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, PPC, events, publicity, social media, lead generation, copywriting, and performance analysis.
• Produce engaging website and blog content for target audiences.
• Build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
• Prepare, monitor, and allocate the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Oversee and approve marketing materials such as website banners, brochures, and case studies.
• Measure and report on campaign performance, gaining insights and assessing against goals.
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics.
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledge of digital and social media marketing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and software.
• Experience in marketing research and statistical analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible availability for evenings, holidays and weekends.
