Marketing Operations Associate

About the role

Datadog is looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to join its global Campaign Operations team supporting the APJ Marketing group. You will manage the operational side of marketing campaigns and the global email program, ensuring smooth coordination across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute emails in Marketo in collaboration with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Product, and Sponsored Events teams, ensuring flawless quality assurance.
• Support the operational development and execution of multi‑channel campaigns (excluding copywriting, content creation, or creative design).
• Segment the lead database to build targeted audiences for promotional activities.
• Report on campaign performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand campaign plans and advise on digital marketing best practices and automation capabilities.
• Identify and escalate email calendar conflicts, audience overlap, and gaps in campaign strategy.
• Stay informed about compliance and legal developments in email marketing and ensure adherence.

Required profile

• 1+ year of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B technology environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Positive, can‑do attitude.
