Material Account Manager – Aviation Supply Chain

About the role

ATR Eastern Support is seeking a Material Account Manager to act as the strategic liaison between ATR’s global supply chain and regional operators in the Asia‑Pacific region. The role focuses on customer advocacy, material availability and long‑term planning.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured customer reviews and site visits to identify material pain points and operational requirements.
• Maintain real‑time oversight of customer priorities, manage backlogs and ensure supply‑chain alignment.
• Analyze material support KPIs, present performance data and develop collaborative action plans.
• Collaborate on maintenance forecasting and line‑maintenance stock strategies.
• Provide commercial teams with market intelligence and support value‑based propositions.
• Act as escalation point for complex AOG scenarios and high‑complexity material queries.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or ‘A’ Level; degree in Logistics or Aviation preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in aviation materials, supply chain or technical support.
• Professional fluency in written and verbal English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP (MM/SD modules).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
