Material Handler Lead – Logistics Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Material Handler Lead to manage outbound shipments, coordinate with vendors, and support inbound inventory functions within our Singapore warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders for outbound shipment and arrange shipping via email or online booking.
• Monitor and communicate with vendors and suppliers.
• Perform daily resource planning, permit declarations, and prepare reports for management and customers.
• Assist with inbound and inventory tasks, fulfilling customer requests.
• Lead Kaizen, Lean, and other improvement projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• O‑Level or Diploma in Logistics or related field.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and handle 12‑hour shift patterns.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with material handling equipment (reach truck, order picker).
• Knowledge of TradeNet permit declarations.
• Familiarity with SAP systems and B2B IT infrastructure.
• Forklift license and work‑at‑height license (training provided if not held).
