Materials Management Intern – Supply Chain Analytics

About the role

The Materials Management team is looking for a college‑level intern to support supply‑chain analytics and demand‑planning activities across contract manufacturers and their sub‑tier suppliers. You will help translate material demand signals into actionable forecasts and improve end‑to‑end visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze material demand signals and consolidate forecasts across CMs and sub‑tier suppliers.
• Map product and component supply chains to identify critical components and capacity constraints.
• Develop data‑driven insights to support demand‑ramp planning and supply readiness.
• Collaborate with internal planning, procurement, manufacturing and supplier management stakeholders to improve forecasting accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and Power Query.
• Understanding of supply‑chain, demand‑planning, inventory‑management and forecasting concepts.
• Attention to detail with ability to spot trends, risks and opportunities from data.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex analytical tasks.
