M&E Coordinator / Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated M&E Coordinator/Engineer to support our Project Manager in delivering mechanical and electrical works across multiple construction sites in Singapore. You will act as the main point of contact for subcontractors, ensuring that all M&E activities are executed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all M&E services to meet programme deadlines.
• Manage M&E subcontractors, overseeing the execution of mechanical and electrical works.
• Supervise day‑to‑day site activities of M&E subcontractors.
• Conduct detailed coordination with specialist contractors to avoid conflicts.
• Carry out testing and commissioning of M&E installations.
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
• Perform any additional ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience supervising M&E installation works.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
