M&E Coordinator – Mechanical & Electrical Projects

About the role

The M&E Coordinator will support the delivery of mechanical and electrical works across construction sites in Singapore. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will help ensure projects meet design, safety, quality and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on site to meet design, safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Assist the Project Manager with project planning, coordination and document preparation for submission.
• Ensure smooth delivery of projects through effective planning, resource management and deployment.
• Liaise with customers, subcontractors and other parties on site to meet project requirements.
• Identify and record any problems related to products and processes.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of M&E engineering experience.
• Ability to plan and coordinate site works and resolve drawing discrepancies.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit MEP is an advantage.
