Media Designer

About the role

The Media Designer will join the Creative Team to produce end‑to‑end visual designs for all brand touchpoints, from digital and social platforms to print, packaging and in‑store applications. Working within a central brand shared service, you will translate brand and campaign strategies into clear, engaging, on‑brand visual executions with a strong focus on fast‑turnaround, social‑first content.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce on‑brand visual assets for print, digital, social media, packaging, web and in‑store environments.
• Create static visuals and short‑form videos for social platforms, ensuring speed, relevance and platform suitability.
• Edit videos for social media, digital advertising and campaign use, including basic animation or motion graphics.
• Leverage AI‑driven design tools to generate and enhance creative assets, enabling rapid variation and ideation.
• Support seasonal campaigns, editorials and brand events with strong visual storytelling across online and offline channels.
• Maintain brand consistency across all formats, regions and devices.
• Manage, archive and name design assets according to established filing systems.
• Collaborate with Creative Content, Post‑Production and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.

Required profile

• Degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in media or graphic design, with a robust portfolio covering digital, social, print and video work.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while meeting multiple deadlines.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Figma or comparable design tools (optional).
• Video editing and basic motion‑graphics creation.
• Image retouching.
• Experience with AI‑driven creative tools for visual and video asset generation.
