Media Executive

About the role

M&C Saatchi Performance is seeking a Media Executive to support senior team members in delivering performance‑driven digital media campaigns. You will work across the full campaign lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, accurate reporting, and optimisation based on data insights.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior staff in managing and executing media plans to meet client performance goals.
• Support day‑to‑day campaign operations, including execution, pacing checks, reporting and administrative tasks.
• Operate media management systems on social and programmatic platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with media owners, agency partners and internal specialists to launch deliverables on schedule.
• Analyse data to identify optimisation levers and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build and update performance reports, linking insights to client objectives.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and tracking issues.
• Work with the billing team to ensure accurate and timely campaign invoicing.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of digital media experience, preferably in an agency or performance‑media environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused industry.
