Media Trainer – Photography, Videography & AI Production

About the role

We are seeking passionate Media Trainers to deliver engaging, hands‑on learning experiences for adult learners and working professionals in photography, videography, content creation, branding, social media and AI‑assisted media production.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom‑based and practical training sessions for adult learners and professionals.
• Facilitate hands‑on activities, demonstrations, discussions and project‑based exercises.
• Guide learners through creative workflows covering photography, videography, editing, storytelling, branding and digital media production.
• Share real‑world industry knowledge, production techniques and emerging AI tools.
• Support learners in assessments, portfolio development and project execution.
• Ensure training aligns with curriculum requirements, learning outcomes and organisational standards.
• Maintain a positive, engaging and professional classroom environment.
• Collaborate with training, operations and academic teams to deliver programmes.
• Stay updated on current industry trends, creative tools and digital platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in media, creative production, content creation, marketing, branding, photography or videography.
• Strong hands‑on production experience with an active portfolio showcasing projects, campaigns or creative works.
• Ability to translate industry knowledge into practical, engaging learning experiences.
• Excellent classroom management and facilitation skills.
• Positive team player able to work collaboratively with internal teams.
