Medical Administrator – Contract Role

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Medical Administrator to support the daily operations of our onsite clinic in Singapore. This contract position will play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic workflows and contributing to employee health and wellness programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of the onsite medical clinic.
• Coordinate employee medical appointments, health screenings and pre‑employment examinations.
• Maintain accurate medical records, clinic inventory and administrative documentation.
• Process invoices, purchase orders and other clinic‑related administrative tasks.
• Assist in planning and coordinating employee health and wellness programmes.
• Respond to employee enquiries regarding clinic services and workplace health matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Medical Team.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE N‑level qualification.
• Prior experience in healthcare administration, clinic operations or administrative support is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Contract role with a monthly salary of SGD 2,000 – 2,300.
