Middle Office Implementation Lead

About the role

The Middle Office Implementation Lead will drive the end‑to‑end transformation of the client’s Middle Office, covering Investment Services and Data Management. Reporting to the programme leadership, you will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage vendor performance and ensure delivery of project outcomes on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Middle Office transformation, overseeing requirements gathering, analysis and documentation for client onboarding across all in‑scope entities.
• Support Programme Workstream Owners in designing project plans, monitoring progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective actions.
• Drive adoption of the target operating model for Trade Capture and Trade Matching/Settlement through analysis, design, testing and training.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and third‑party vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance, escalating issues to leadership when necessary.
• Assess project risks, ensuring compliance with policies, rules and regulations.
• Deliver agreed project deliverables on time, within scope and budget.
• Manage scope changes in collaboration with Programme Workstream Owners.
• Perform proactive risk management to minimise project risks.

Required profile

• 15–20 years of experience in project and programme management, preferably within large‑scale middle‑office transformations in the Asia region.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, inter‑dependencies, risks and issues.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including coordination with business units and third‑party vendors.
