About the role

Join the Wet Deck team at Marriott International as a Mixologist, where you’ll craft memorable beverage experiences for our guests. This full‑time, on‑site role blends classic bartending expertise with a passion for emerging trends and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits with precision and flair.
• Stay updated on industry trends, micro‑local offerings, and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests, answering questions about drink origins, vintages, and styles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Collaborate with hotel departments and community partners to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing new team members.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant experience in a bar or restaurant setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lb.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance.
