Mixologist – WET Deck

About the role

Join the WET Deck team as a Mixologist and create memorable, unique beverage experiences for our guests. You will be the host of the bar, blending classic techniques with emerging trends to delight discoverers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and other beverages with precision and creativity.
• Maintain the bar’s appearance and functionality, ensuring a flawless service environment.
• Engage guests by answering questions about drink origins, vintages, and styles.
• Collaborate with hotel departments and community partners to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Support hiring, training, and development of new team members.
• Perform physical duties such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant mixology or bar experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
