Mobile Developer – Flutter & AI Productivity

About the role

Vocalbeats is seeking a Mobile Developer with strong Flutter expertise and a passion for AI‑assisted productivity. You will work in a fast‑growing, globally distributed team to design, build and ship high‑quality mobile features that leverage cutting‑edge AI coding assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, QA and backend teams to deliver end‑to‑end proof‑of‑concepts and interactive prototypes.
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, reviewing and refactoring generated code.
• Write specification‑driven prompts to guide AI tools in producing business‑critical code that meets project standards.
• Optimize client‑side performance, including memory management, rendering, battery usage and high‑concurrency WebSocket communications.
• Provide production support, debug critical issues and work with global stakeholders to resolve them quickly.
• Contribute to framework evolution, conduct code reviews and produce clear technical documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of real‑world mobile development experience (iOS or Android) and proven Flutter shipping record.
• Deep knowledge of multithreading, offline storage, socket/network communication (TCP/IP, WebSocket, HTTP) and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in at least one native stack to complement Flutter (iOS: Objective‑C, Swift; Android: Java, Kotlin).
• Strong problem‑solving skills, ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
