MRB Logistics Material Handler

About the role

KLA, which makes inspection tools and metrology systems for the electronics industry, is hiring an MRB Logistics Material Handler in Singapore. The role supports the Global Operations team (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation and Quality) by managing non-conforming materials and keeping MRB inventory accurate. It suits both early-career and experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of non-conforming materials through the MRB process, keeping system records aligned with physical inventory.
• Perform routine inventory verification, cycle counts and discrepancy investigations in MRB storage areas, and ensure non-conforming materials are identified, tagged, segregated and stored correctly.
• Work daily with Buyers, Planners, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality and Manufacturing teams to update status on open MRB items, follow up on dispositions and escalate overdue or critical cases.
• Maintain accurate records of MRB transactions and movements, support internal and external audits on inventory and traceability, and comply with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate packing, labeling, staging and shipment of returned and dispositioned materials, and operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet movers where certified.
• Keep the MRB area clean and organised under 5S standards, follow EHS requirements and take part in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Secondary school, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations or a related field preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control or MRB operations.
• Experience handling non-conforming materials and inventory transactions in an ERP system (SAP preferred).
• Forklift certification preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Ability to interpret disposition and work instructions.
• Basic computer literacy, including ERP/SAP transactions.
• Good communication, attention to detail and ability to work independently on multiple priorities.
