Network Planner – Integrated Supply Chain

About the role

The Network Planner will support the Fresh Frozen Meals (FFM) network by consolidating demand, allocating supply, and driving the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across the region. You will work closely with overseas business units to implement planning processes, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate monthly demand and allocate supply for the FFM network, analysing changes in demand and supply.
• Prepare materials and coordinate stakeholders for monthly S&OP meetings, ensuring timely information sharing.
• Collaborate with overseas business units to roll out network planning processes, regional S&OP structures and KPI frameworks.
• Assist business units in refining planning SOPs to align with corporate policy while meeting local needs.
• Drive continuous improvement through benchmarking and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Support the digitalisation of network planning processes.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply‑chain planning function.
• Experience in change management, strong data‑analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) frameworks, preferably in a regional food business.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and drive operational excellence.
