Network Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting enterprise network and server environments, ensuring high availability and security. You will work closely with engineering and validation teams to support critical laboratory and manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for enterprise networks and virtualized server platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, performance, and security issues.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce compliance and protect infrastructure.
• Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist engineering, validation, and manufacturing groups with network requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, server administration, or network support.
• Proven experience managing virtualized server environments and enterprise networks.
• Experience with cybersecurity and compliance in an enterprise setting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
