New Business Account Executive – Singapore

About the role

Revolut is seeking a motivated New Business Account Executive to drive growth in the Singapore market. You will own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and outreach to closing and post‑sale activation – delivering a seamless experience for new business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct multi‑channel outreach, with a strong emphasis on cold‑calling and LinkedIn messaging.
• Develop and execute a lead‑sourcing strategy that targets key verticals and diversifies the prospect base.
• Build and manage a personal pipeline from initial contact through to closing, while identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal Revolut teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing usage for customers.
• Balance time effectively between prospecting, closing deals, and supporting existing accounts.
• Apply solution‑based selling techniques to match customer needs with Revolut Business’s value proposition.
• Become a product expert on Revolut Business, leveraging case studies to illustrate benefits.

Required profile

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• At least 1 year of demonstrable commercial experience, preferably in outbound sales and prospecting.
• Excellent phone communication and written outreach skills.
• Strong motivation to build a career in a high‑performing sales environment.
• Proven accountability and determination to succeed in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to go beyond core responsibilities to ensure a great customer experience.
