Nutrition Ambassador – F&B Crew

About the role

MORROW Health is looking for a Nutrition Ambassador to join its Food & Beverage team. You will be the storyteller of the brand’s nutrition philosophy, guiding members through curated dishes and drinks that support their health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service, ensuring members feel welcomed and supported.
• Explain MORROW’s nutrition pillars and how each menu item aligns with health and lifestyle objectives.
• Participate in cooking classes, demonstrations, and educational touchpoints to inspire members.
• Take and deliver orders accurately, respecting dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and operational quality.
• Manage guest flow, reservations, and service recovery with professionalism.
• Collaborate with teammates across all zones to deliver a seamless member experience.
• Support other customer‑service functions as needed, demonstrating agility and teamwork.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality, restaurant or member‑club environments.
• Valid food hygiene certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and educate guests.
• Passion for wellness, nutrition and high‑quality service.
• Willingness to learn MORROW’s full offerings and the role of F&B in supporting the nutrition pillar.
• Collaborative spirit and flexibility to adapt to changing guest traffic and operational needs.
