Occupational Therapist – Development & Learning Support

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic trans‑disciplinary allied health team. You will work with children aged 4‑6 in an educational setting, delivering rehabilitative and intervention programmes that support holistic learning, development, and independence.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and identify individual needs of clients and develop tailored individual or group therapy programmes.
• Apply pediatric and early‑intervention evidence‑based practices in therapy delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in pediatric occupational therapy.
• Collaborate with therapists, social workers, and psychologists as part of the trans‑disciplinary team.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Recognized degree or master’s qualification in Occupational Therapy listed on the Singapore health professionals register.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council of Singapore.

Required skills

• Pediatric assessment techniques.
• Early‑intervention evidence‑based practice implementation.
