职位概况

我们正在招聘一名经验丰富的项目经理，负责接触轨（OCR）项目的全周期交付与现场管理，确保项目在安全、质量、进度和成本方面达标。

主要职责

负责OCR项目的规划、执行、交付及验收。
统筹现场施工、测试、调试，及时解决技术和管理问题。
协调业主、设计顾问、分包商及内部团队，推动高效合作。
监控进度、人力及预算，识别风险并制定应对措施。
管理变更单（VO）、索赔、合同及成本控制，确保财务目标实现。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，电气工程或相关专业。
具备铁路、电力、机电或基础设施项目管理经验。
熟悉项目成本控制、合同管理、变更管理及索赔处理。
优秀的组织、协调、沟通及团队管理能力。
流利的英文沟通能力，具备海外项目经验者优先。
