About the role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support daily office operations, transportation arrangements, and outdoor coordination duties. The role is ideal for an adaptable, hands‑on individual who can manage operational tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily office administrative and operational activities.
- Assist with transportation support, outdoor coordination, and business‑related errands.
- Handle document collection, deliveries, and coordination across locations.
- Maintain office cleanliness, supplies, and general workspace organization.
- Support meeting room setup, visitor arrangements, and courier handling.
- Transport, organize, and move office supplies or materials as required.
- Coordinate basic vehicle upkeep and servicing arrangements.
- Support company events and other ad‑hoc operational duties.
Required profile
- Valid Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience and familiarity with local roads.
- Comfortable with regular driving and outdoor operational responsibilities.
- Physically capable of handling heavier items and office materials.
- Responsible, punctual, and adaptable to changing schedules.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Organised, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
- Prior experience in office support, operations, logistics, or related roles is an advantage.
