About the role

PENGRAN Technology is looking for a Social Media Growth Operations Specialist to expand its brand presence on X, Instagram and Xiaohongshu. You will drive audience growth, create engaging content, and support the product team with community insights.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, publish and manage daily content across social media channels while fostering community interaction.
• Design and test growth strategies to boost reach, engagement and qualified audience numbers.
• Produce original posts, short‑form video concepts and brand‑aligned community interactions.
• Monitor platform trends, audience feedback and campaign performance, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• Track AI, technology and financial‑market topics to craft timely, responsible content angles.
• Assist in building overseas user communities and create feedback loops for the product team.

Required profile

• Familiarity with X, Instagram and Xiaohongshu.
• Experience in social media growth, content operations or digital marketing.
• Strong written communication; ability to produce English‑language content is a plus.
• Interest in AI, technology, finance or investment‑research products.
• Data‑informed mindset, sound judgement and meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative attitude in a fast‑moving environment.
