职位概况
我们正在寻找热爱儿童、愿意与孩子共同成长的语言教师，加入Odyssey全球幼儿园，帮助孩子们获得人生的最佳起点。
主要职责
- 规划并实施符合幼儿发展阶段的语言课程和教学方案。
- 与中心员工、家长建立合作伙伴关系，促进沟通与协作。
- 管理家庭与社区项目，回馈所在社区。
- 负责日常保育工作，持续改进服务质量。
- 在专业实践中推广机构的愿景、使命和价值观。
任职要求
- 持有幼儿教育L1证书或幼儿教育教学文凭。
- 具备良好的英语或华语口语及书写能力。
- 具备较强的人际交往能力，能够与不同文化背景的人员合作。
- 无教学经验亦可，但需具备高度上进心、精力充沛、热衷儿童学习与发展。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Microsoft Word。
