About the role
The Operating Theatre Assistant supports the surgical team by ensuring smooth operation of the theatre, assisting with patient care before and after procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the surgical team to support operations
- Assist with pre‑operative and post‑operative patient care
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in operating and equipment rooms
- Prepare and manage disinfectants
- Transport patients as needed
- Dispatch specimens to relevant departments
- Prepare and ensure proper functionality of surgical equipment
- Assist with patient positioning during procedures
- Handle all equipment appropriately and with care
Required profile
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or Certificate in Health Care
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative

- Monthly salary SGD 1,600 – 2,500
