Operations Director – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Operations Director (F&B) leads the overall operational, commercial, and financial performance of the business. You will be accountable for P&L results, operational excellence, and managing key relationships to drive growth and protect brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for sustainable growth, profitability and market expansion.
• Lead achievement of revenue and operational performance targets, including new store openings and market development.
• Manage the business P&L, monitoring sales, profitability, labor, food costs, operating expenses and cash flow.
• Partner with Finance and franchisees to review performance and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Finance, IT and Training to ensure successful promotions, product launches and digital initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, quality requirements and service excellence.
• Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership and brand principals.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in F&B, hospitality or multi‑outlet environments, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in P&L management, revenue growth, cost control and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, brand standards and customer experience.
• Experience working with brand principals and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
