Operations Director / General Manager – Consumer Brand

About the role

The education group is looking for a commercially‑focused Operations Director or General Manager to lead one of its key consumer brands. You will own both business performance and the people delivering it across a network of centres in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full network of centres and centre leaders, ensuring operational excellence, superior customer experience and P&L delivery.
• Manage the enrolment funnel from enquiry to conversion, collaborating closely with marketing and centre teams to drive sustainable growth.
• Implement governance and financial discipline across all locations.
• Lead a large, distributed workforce, fostering accountability and high performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience leading multi‑location operations in a consumer‑facing environment.
• Proven ability to balance operational discipline with commercial outcomes.
• Experience in sectors such as education, retail, hospitality, healthcare or related regulated industries.
• Strong presence and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
