Operations Executive - Clinical Services

About the role

Woodlands Hospital, part of NHG, is looking for an Operations Executive to support clinical service planning, operations and delivery across its OT, Endoscopy and SOC facilities and Clinical Operations (surgery) services. The role works closely with clinical leaders to turn population health needs and clinical strategy into well-planned, resilient services that support clinicians and nurses.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse population health needs in the hospital's catchment area to inform clinical services planning and population health strategies
• Partner with clinical leaders to identify, develop and implement clinical services aligned with projected demand and organisational priorities
• Work with clinical leads on service requirements, workload projections and capacity considerations
• Support the design and implementation of integrated care delivery models across settings
• Ensure facilities, equipment and instrumentation meet clinical needs, standardisation norms and regulatory compliance
• Support planning and procurement of clinical equipment and instruments, using data to optimise facility efficiency
• Prepare clinical programme approval papers and equipment procurement approvals, including tender documentation and legal submissions
• Support annual enterprise and division work plans, budgeting and submissions
• Maintain departmental policies and work instructions and support onboarding of new staff

Required profile

• University degree
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in operations, healthcare services or a similar environment is advantageous but not essential
• Healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential
