Operations Executive – Facility Management

About the role

The Operations Executive will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the New Bahru development, ensuring that all facilities, services and vendor activities operate smoothly and safely for tenants and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technicians and external vendors to maintain building systems and services.
• Conduct routine inspections covering cleaning, security, waste disposal, washroom services, building maintenance, sanitary, plumbing, M&E systems, landscaping and pest control.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is performed according to contracts and schedules.
• Coordinate emergency response and minimise disruption to occupants.
• Lead procurement, cyclical replacement programmes and enhancement projects.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor progress and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Proactively identify potential issues, follow up diligently and close operational gaps.
• Assist the Operations Manager with ad‑hoc duties and projects.

Required profile

• Willingness to work weekends and respond to emergencies outside normal hours.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability from initiation to completion.
• Ability to follow established processes and keep precise documentation.
• Excellent coordination and communication with vendors, contractors, tenants and stakeholders.
• Capability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
