Operations Executive – Facility Management

About the role

The Operations Executive will oversee daily logistics and facility services, ensuring smooth coordination of drivers, crews, and inventory across the North Singapore region. This senior‑level position supports cost‑effective delivery, incident handling, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule driver and crew shifts for the next day, optimizing manpower deployment.
• Coordinate transportation activities to achieve timely and cost‑effective deliveries.
• Assist in budget planning, cost management, and monthly job reporting.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels while reducing expenses.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and other cross‑functional teams to align operational activities.
• Develop and review operational plans to improve procedures and service quality.
• Guide teams during road or on‑site incidents and emergencies, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Address client complaints and support resolution processes.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or cleaning services.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and email.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts.
• Preferably holds a Class 3 driving licence and owns a vehicle.
