Operations Executive – Front of House

About the role

Paradox Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to join its Future Leaders Programme. This 1‑year, hands‑on role will support the Senior Operations Manager in overseeing the day‑to‑day functioning of Food & Beverage, Front Office and Security departments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across F&B, Front Office and Security to maintain efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise service delivery, team performance, hygiene standards and event set‑ups.
• Manage check‑in/check‑out processes, VIP arrivals, personalized requests and Service Centre operations.
• Monitor lobby presentation, team grooming and concierge services such as transportation and tours.
• Address guest complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Oversee security shift activities, brief teams on VIPs and special events, and support incident response.
• Prepare accurate operational reports, logs and ensure compliance with SOPs, brand guidelines and health & safety regulations.
• Identify service gaps, recommend workflow improvements and assist with training new employees.
