Operations Executive – Security Deployment & Coordination

About the role

The Operations Executive will oversee daily deployment of security officers, ensuring optimal manpower allocation across sites in Singapore. This role combines coordination, budgeting support, and administrative duties to maintain efficient security operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deployment, prepare and update rosters based on manpower availability and site needs.
• Track attendance, shift changes, call‑outs, leave and medical certificates, and maintain accurate records.
• Collate attendance and overtime data to support manpower cost summaries, payroll and billing.
• Assist with onboarding documentation, uniform issuance, and maintain staff records including licences and certifications.
• Prepare site folders, SOPs, audit checklists and ensure compliance documentation is up‑to‑date.
• Relay urgent deployment updates between site supervisors and the operations team, and manage internal communications.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Manager and support group‑chat coordination for officer movements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Operations Executive in the security industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Valid PLRD licence with at least a Security Officer (SO) grade.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client liaison.
