Operations Facility Executive (F&B)

About the role

The Operations Facility Executive (F&B) will ensure the smooth functioning of all kitchen and facility equipment across our Loyang office and warehouse. You will be the first line of response for maintenance issues, overseeing both in‑house technicians and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on kitchen appliances, dishwashers, air‑conditioning units, exhaust and ventilation systems, and handle basic electrical and plumbing work.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency maintenance, conduct preventive maintenance, and carry out regular site inspections.
• Supervise in‑house maintenance technicians and handymen, assign daily tasks, and monitor their progress.
• Coordinate external contractors, obtain quotations, recommend repairs or replacements, and maintain service records and maintenance trackers.
• Monitor maintenance costs, recurring equipment issues, and prepare monthly updates and recommendations.
• Oversee the upkeep of the Loyang office and warehouse, supporting renovation, reinstatement, and improvement projects as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance or facilities experience.
• Hands‑on attitude with willingness to travel between outlets.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for maintenance records.
• Experience with refrigeration, air‑conditioning or F&B equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Class 2/3 driving licence is an advantage.
