Operations Lead – Store & Kitting for Security Systems

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Lead to oversee our store and kitting operations for CCTV and card access security systems across Singapore. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will ensure smooth receipt, storage, and distribution of security hardware while supporting project deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Store and Kitting department for security system products (CCTV cameras, access controllers, readers, accessories).
• Oversee receipt, storage, and timely distribution of equipment such as cameras, DVRs/NVRs, access panels, cables, and accessories.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain accurate records.
• Implement and enforce inventory management procedures, including cycle counts.
• Generate and review monthly inventory reports and manage year‑end physical inventory reconciliation.
• Create production/kitting schedules for assembling security system packages per project or client order.
• Develop procurement plans for raw materials and components, controlling corresponding inventory levels.
