Operations Management Manager – 1st Shift

About the role

As an Operations Management Manager on the 1st shift, you will lead a team responsible for the production and testing of capital equipment and systems that power the semiconductor industry. You will ensure schedules are met, safety standards are upheld, and continuous improvement initiatives drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise employees across assembly, inspection, test, and final test functions for capital equipment manufacturing.
• Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material availability.
• Lead operational meetings, track performance metrics, and conduct milestone reviews.
• Ensure timely response to operational issues affecting customer satisfaction and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee safety compliance, accident prevention, and environmental health training for all staff.
• Develop personnel through training, performance management, hiring, and disciplinary processes.
• Support capacity optimization, implement Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives, and drive process improvements.
